Since going fully digital on January 2, 2024, we have been able to offer a variety of online services including, permit applications, fee payments, and scheduling inspections.

- New Flood Plain Management software. With this software Citizens have access to important documents and Floodplain information.
- Hiring additional staff to keep up with the permitting requirements for a growing city.
- Implementing new software and utilizing digital plan review for concurrent plan review.
- Working with associations and building owners to get all required building's re-certified to ensure continued safety of the occupants.
- Keeping current with new laws, safety regulation, and building codes.
- Specialized permit services and pre-submittal meetings.
