Partial Release of Lien Request
An owner of a condominium or HOA unit who wants to pay their pro rata portion of the liens recorded against the common area of their Association who has open unpaid code violation liens may request a Partial Release of Lien.
Turnaround time: It can take up to 14 business days to process the request and provide findings. Time may be extended based on complexity. Request cannot be expedited and are completed based on order of received once requirements are met.
Service Fee - A non-refundable service fee of $75.00 per address must be paid in advance.

Required Documents
1. A letter from the Homeowners Association (HOA) on their official letterhead stating their inability to provide documentation for the release of lien on the property owner(s). The letter must include the full address, including unit number, and must be dated within the month of the request.
2. A letter from the Association indicating the percentage of the imposed lien that should be allocated to each unit.
Partial Release of Lien Offer
The Partial Release of Lien Offer is valid for 15 business days from the date that the offer is emailed to the requestor. When the offer expires, you will have to request a reassessment of the partial release of lien. An additional service fee of $75 applies. It can take up to 14 business days to process and update the reassessment.
