Parking Permits

The City has designated areas of street parking that are for residents only. These areas are indicated by signs that say “Restricted Residential Parking Area, Residential Permit Only.” To park in these areas, vehicles must display a decal that is available for purchase through the City.

Only qualified residents who own and occupy a residential property under a lease and reside at that property may apply for a residential parking permit. The vehicle must be owned or leased by a qualified resident. Any vehicle not owned or leased by the qualified resident must provide written authorization (i.e. car rental agreement or work authorization letter.

DECALS MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES WHILE PARKED IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
