Beach Chair Pre-Setting

The City of Sunny Isles Beach requires vendors to obtain a license prior to placing beach chairs on the beach. In addition, vendors must obtain a Certificate of Use and Local Business Tax Receipt. 

A non-refundable application fee of $150 must be submitted along with the application.
