Run-Off Election

Next date: Tuesday, December 03, 2024 | 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM

A run-off election will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, to elect one of the following two candidates to Commission Seat 1:

• Patricia Alvarez
• Jerry Joseph

On election day, voters must vote at their assigned precinct. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. To find your polling location, check your voter card or look it up on Miami-Dade County's webpage. Please note that St. Mary Magdalen Church will be unavailable to serve as a polling location for Precinct 2. All Election Day voters assigned to Precinct 2 must vote at Gateway Center, 151 Sunny Isles Blvd.

Voters may also request a vote-by-mail ballot. If you requested a vote-by-mail ballot for ALL elections in 2024, you will automatically receive one for the December 3 Run-Off Election. If you did not, and wish to vote-by-mail, the deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot is Thursday, November 21 at 5 p.m.
