New Chief Ombudsman Ryan Schiff and staff from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) will be at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, First Floor Meeting Room on Thursday, February 27 from 12 - 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided, but registration is required. To register, please email mlopez@sibfl.net by Monday, February 24. 
 
The Office of the Condominium Ombudsman provides guidance to unit owners, boards, and managers, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities under Florida law and their association's governing documents.
 
One or more City Commissioners may be in attendance.
