Police Reports
You can request a copy of a police report in person at the Police Department, located on the 2nd floor of the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
We recommend calling before you stop by to ensure the report is ready to be picked up.
Email or Regular Mail Requests
To request a police report via email records@sibpd.net or regular mail, please contact the Records Clerk first at 305.947.4440.
Certified Copies
For a certified copy of a single police report requested through a public records request, there is a charge of $1. Payments can be made in cash (exact amount only, no change given) or by check made out to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Traffic Crash Reports
Certified copies of Traffic Crash Reports must meet statutory requirements prior to being released. If you have any questions regarding these reports, please contact the Records Clerk at 305.947.4440.
