The Height of Living

Sunny Isles Beach is a vibrant community, spanning just 1.25 square miles, yet home to 11 beautifully maintained community parks. The Sunny Isles Beach Government Center is a one-stop hub for many of your community needs. Here, you’ll find most City Departments, a satellite branch of the United States Post Office, the Sunny Isles Beach branch library, and a Visitor Center filled with valuable information for both tourists and residents. Our city also offers several community centers—Pelican Community Park, Gateway Center, and The Spot— providing a range of athletic and recreational programs, cultural events, memberships, and facility rentals.

Education is a priority in our community, with Norman S. Edelcup Sunny Isles Beach K-8, an A-rated school, serving as a cornerstone for student learning and growth.

Our city is also proud to be home to the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department, an accredited police department recognized at both state and national levels for its award-winning programs and life-saving efforts.

Be sure to register for your Sunny Isles Beach Resident ID Card to receive special benefits and discounts for City programs and events.
